We envision a Tarrant County where every young adult, regardless of their circumstances, has access to safe housing, meaningful opportunities, and the support they need to thrive. By breaking the cycle of homelessness, we strive to create a community where all young people can achieve their full potential and contribute to a brighter, more equitable future.

A Mission Born from Tragedy and Love

After Dune’s untimely passing, Brenda and Michar made a vow to honor their son’s memory by creating a safe haven for young adults facing the same struggles Dune had endured. They envisioned a place where no one would feel trapped in an unsafe situation simply because they had nowhere else to go.

Dune’s Homeless Solutions was founded to provide a lifeline for young adults aged 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. The organization is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can heal, grow, and thrive.

Our Programs

Crisis Transitional Housing

Our crisis transitional housing program offers a safe and supportive living environment for young adults experiencing homelessness. Residents receive:

Supportive Services
